Purposes of Data Processing by the Data Controller and Third Parties

Use of Script Libraries (Google Web Fonts)

Embedded YouTube videos

On some of our websites we embed Youtube videos. YouTube, LLC, 901 Cherry Ave, San Bruno, CA 94066, USA, is the operator of the corresponding plugins. When you visit a page with the YouTube plugin, a connection to Youtube servers is established. This will tell Youtube which pages you are visiting. If you are logged in to your Youtube account, Youtube can assign your surfing behavior to you personally. You can prevent this by logging out of your Youtube account beforehand.

If a Youtube video is started, the provider uses cookies which collect information about user behaviour.

If you have deactivated the saving of cookies for the Google Ad program, you will not have to reckon with such cookies when watching Youtube videos. However, Youtube also stores non-personal usage information in other cookies. If you wish to prevent this, you must block the storage of cookies in your browser.

Google AdWords

Our website uses Google Conversion Tracking. If you have reached our website via an ad placed by Google, Google Adwords places a cookie on your computer. The conversion tracking cookie is set when a user clicks on an ad placed by Google. These cookies expire after 30 days and are not personally identifiable. If the user visits certain pages of our website and the cookie has not expired, we and Google may recognize that the user clicked on the ad and was directed to that page. Each Google AdWords customer receives a different cookie. As a result, cookies cannot be tracked through AdWords customer websites. The information collected from the conversion cookie is used to generate conversion statistics for AdWords customers who have opted for conversion tracking. Customers will know the total number of users who clicked on their ad and were directed to a page tagged with a conversion tracking tag. However, you will not receive any information that personally identifies users.

If you do not wish to participate in tracking, you can refuse to set a cookie as required for this – for example, by setting your browser to generally deactivate the automatic setting of cookies or by setting your browser to block cookies from the “googleleadservices.com” domain.

Please note that you may not delete the opt-out cookies as long as you do not wish measurement data to be recorded. If you have deleted all your cookies in your browser, you must set the respective opt-out cookie again.

Use of Google Remarketing

This website uses the remarketing function of Google Inc. This function is used to present interest-related advertisements to website visitors within the Google advertising network. A so-called “cookie” is stored in the visitor’s browser, which makes it possible to recognise the visitor when he or she visits websites that belong to the Google advertising network. On these pages, advertisements can be presented to the visitor, which refer to contents, which the visitor called up before on web pages, which use the Remarketing function of Google.

According to its own information, Google does not collect any personal data during this process. However, if you do not want Google’s remarketing function to work, you can always deactivate it by making the appropriate settings at http://www.google.com/settings/ads . Use of Hotjar Heat Maps & anonymous Recordings (Hotjar Ltd.)

Hotjar is a heat mapping tool that allows anonymous session recording. Hotjar takes into account generic do-not-track headers (“Do Not Track”), so you can block Hotjar from collecting any data. You can activate the “Do Not Track” feature ina ll major browsers. Hotjar sets cookies and collects personal usage data according to their privacy policy. All data is processed in Malta (EU). Stripe Inc.

We use Stripe’s trusted payment gateway for processing your payment data. When you sign up for a yowork.io subscription, you will be redirected to Stripe to add your user data and payment information.

Changes to our Privacy Policy

We reserve the right to adapt this data protection declaration so that it always corresponds to the current legal requirements or to implement changes to our services in the data protection declaration, e.g. when introducing new services.
